Instructions for shipment of repairs

  • Fill out and submit the form to request an RMA number. Your request will be reviewed and we will contact you as soon as possible with your RMA number.
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the carton or in the reference area of the shipping label.
  • TELEFUNKEN is not responsible for items sent for repair without obtaining an RMA number prior to shipment.
  • The power supply and cable must be included with all tube microphone repairs.
  • Please package all items securely for shipment.

Repair shipping cost: all customers are responsible for shipping products to TELEFUNKEN for repair. Non-warranty repair customers are also required to pay for return shipping.
