The main soundstage has massive dimensions of 50’ x 50’ with a 35’ ceiling, which allows for accommodating over 200 guests. The space has been acoustically designed with non-parallel surfaces through out, complete with a 625 sq ft wood dance floor. In addition, there is both a ground-level and trailer level truck-loading bay into which a semi-trailer can be backed and unloaded (in case of inclement weather).

Within the control room of TELEFUNKEN Studios resides an API 1608 console, along with a Pro Tools HDX system and an excellent selection of pre amplifiers, compressors, EQs and EFX. By having both state of the art and vintage outboard pre-amps and processing gear, the design and engineering team at TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik is able to keep in step with the needs and desires of the modern recording engineer.

In addition to a veritable cornucopia of hardware from the ages, the studio also employs TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik’s rather extensive collection of benchmark vintage microphones from which historic accuracy for the company’s Diamond Series is derived.

Services include recording, over-dubbing, editing, mixing, mastering, archival and analog to digital transfers, as well as mobile and location recording. In addition to the audio services, TELEFUNKEN Studios also offers an expanding line of video filming and editing.

TELEFUNKEN Soundstage shares space with manufacturing and warehousing for the microphone product line. The 2500 square foot sound stage is adjacent to the control room, isolation room and video and photography production suite and can host up to 200 guests for an in-studio performance.

There is plenty of room for parking for tour buses, trailers and vans, as well as areas for staging and unloading a trailer inside the building. The studio can also accommodate inside parking for up to two cars, or a larger vehicle with trailer.
